Jackie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, and families as well as adults. While she helps with a variety of issues, her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, various life transitions both individually and within the family, and stress management.

Jackie strives to create a welcoming, comfortable, open and safe environment for all clients from the moment that the client enters the room. She uses a systemic approach to understand where and how the client got to where they are currently. She uses an integrative approach using techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Bowenian Therapy to help foster the client’s sense of hope and empowerment.

Jackie received her undergraduate degree (BA) in Psychology from Edgewood College and her graduate degree (MS) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University
